We will refund you for the items returned within 7 days after you receive them if the items can't work properly. A full refund will be given if items are returned in their original condition.
Merchandise which is damaged or missing components is not refundable.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping with proper packaging.
On receiving items, we will refund you immediately.

All products are tested before ship out. We provide 1 month replacement and 12 months maintenance warranties. Items can be replaced during the first month or maintained for the first year.

***** Buyers are only responsible for the return shipping fees for warranty items.(In most cases, buyer will only have to return the problem components rather than the entire package.). If within 1 month, we will afford the shipping fees back to you after we replace or fix it. After 1 month within 1 year, customers just pay the shipping fees from our side to your address, or send it with your next order if possible.
Before returning items, please make sure you get our (the seller's) return address, and write "broken electronic" with low value on the delivery detail sheet. Please ONLY use regular postal service and send us the tracking number. As soon as we receive the items, we will repair or exchange them as soon as possible
